My guess is that Boston, Atlanta, Chicago, etc. will rollout the red carpet if New York’s legislature is truly dumb enough to pass this. It would impact every American’s IRA, 401k, pension plan, etc.
The problem is that so will Shanghai, Hong Kong, Singapore, etc etc.
