I would be more worried about rising oil prices then getting caught wearing chaps on the flight deck. Advocating 'green energy' should be a clear violation of code-of-conduct in this business...if you are serious about a long-term, prosperous career that is.

Airlines’ latest challenge: Rising jet fuel prices

“We were expecting fuel to be at these levels by the second half of the year,” said Raymond James airline analyst Savanthi Syth. Costlier fuel can make it harder for airlines to stem their cash burn, a goal that has already been delayed due to weaker-than-expected demand.
