The rising prices now are just as a result of the temporary demand loss going back to normal. Nothing to do with green energy.
You know what, screw it . Lets take off the winglets and sharklets, make planes less aerodynamic. Lets go back to J57 low-bypass engines that streak the sky black. Lets consume all the oil in the process so that 100 years in the future we have to go back to steam/coal powered rail roads.
Bring COAL back! Who needs to innovate when we can degenerate!
