I think you might be the one mixing things up. At FedEx, hence the "FDX - Health Care Savings Account" title of this thread, the HCSA is like a FSA and is a use-it-or-lose-it type account. You determine each year how much you want in it. If you are healthy and don't spend the money it becomes the worst IRA out there.
