The company could domestically code share.
The pilot group when they voted in the CBA allowed this to continue.
LOA 12 simply reset the intent of the CBA to the reality of the industry.
Yet many are screaming that the MEC gave scope away. I find that typical of most people who need to blame others for the circumstance they voted to allow to continue!
