Should we get the chance to get back to the table with the company - and that is a BIG if, our MEC will need to have the data to work with. It’s our chance to put our stamp on this if we get to go back. It’s clear that there has been a violation of our CBA and the arbiter should rule in our favor. That being said, the company can take this to court and could drag this out for years.
Wait...IF we get another chance? How bout if the company gets another chance? They are the ones who need the relief...not us. They are also the ones who came to us the first time.
