Yes, I have only a military background but as I said, it's more than many out there have and I have been on the wrong side of tracers coming at me, blanks of course, but the pucker factor is high. Look, there's an unspoken, and perfectly justifiable, divide between dudes with a combat patch and those without one in the service. However, even dudes who somehow never deployed since 2001 still went down to MEPS one day and put their hand in the air to volunteer during wartime. Like the others have said, it's probably best not to play up your civilian OPFOR role play because that isn't remotely in the same league.
