Being at an airline with no flow agreement I am not familiar with the workings. Was just wondering if there is any language in the pilot contract that states a pilot can be delayed or withheld from flowing based on their behaviour etc... at the discretion of the company or anything remotely like that?

Surely flow isn't a free ticket to behave like a jack a#s as much as you desire and still just cruise on over to a major when the your time comes?
