For the 100 hr consolidation after OE the FAA only allows seat time in a pilot position to be counted.
I’ve continued logging my time that way.
Total time = block time
SIC time = seat time

It doesn’t say anywhere that your PIC + SIC needs to equal TT.
That’s a bean counter thing.
