We don't know about the LOA in practice. We certainly know that Insler will say it has given birth to unicorns and rainbows at least twice weekly.
I too wonder why the the repetition, but maybe it’s the language used by Insler. Maybe he’s misplacing where credits due. He didn’t write the LOA, the negotiating committee created it. I’d guess he’s proud that UAL is at the least in a position to be competitive when the COVID dust settles. Debate till the next pandemic I don’t care but had we furloughed 4000 pilots you’d have much more to bch about than Insler comms. Unicorns and rainbows? C’mon. Dramatic.
