Do you really think that if we had been operating under the LOA without federal funding since November, we would still be running vacancies and adding additional positions presently? (Setting aside restoration of junior pilots into high paying seats, which is another discussion entirely.) This is only happening because the airline is capitalizing on the billions of federal dollars they've taken in over the past few months. And don't get me wrong, I'm glad it's happening- I'm just saying it's not the result of the LOA.
