That’s not my understanding. I understood you don’t “lose” your award from the Jan AE to a more senior affected pilot on subsequent AEs. However, you wouldn’t have any advantage if you bid something on the next AE as you are still an affected pilot until day 1 of training. Affected vs active was spelled out relatively clearly on the LOA.
