They aren’t going to actually pay it out. $3 says they pull a sham BK and drag it through the courts. It’s not like they really have an assets to lose. Pretty sure they can’t go after Holdings either as Compass was it’s own LLC. Wouldn’t expect anything less from Great Uncle Hulas
