Not true of all BES. Feds are still working on CARES 3, but they’re fighting over much sexier stuff than airline aid. It will likely come through eventually, but mid-March would be the earliest. (In keeping with our dysfunctional government, I wouldn’t be at all surprised if they push it a couple weeks into CARES 2 expiration just to show their hands were tied, and backdate it to April 1.) In short, be prepared to bid for April as though LOA rules apply with likely CARES pay reconciliation by the time the checks actually arrive.
