Everyone hired 2/10 has not done IOE, not sure about the 2/3 class. When the Jan 2020 AE was cancelled, everyone in 2/10 or later lost their seat and got sent home from whatever phase of training they were in.
I think this number is ~250 pilots.
I was in the 2/3 class, I don't believe anyone made it to OE if i'm remembering correctly. I got a type and 2 JS observations before everything came crashing down late March. I had OE scheduled though, so close!!
