I still prefer to talk by phone to a scheduler. I think we pay enough to bring back the “pit”. I think the “online only” switch was a panic move during the pandemic. Maybe it was the only solution back then. The truth is, most pilots don’t even know their ALPA Username and Password. I hope we can bring back personal service to this ALPA benefit.
