CCS Message today:

April schedule awarding will be conducted under the terms and conditions of the Pandemic Recovery LOA. If CARES 3.0 passes and covers April, we’ll work with ALPA on reprising the “Paragraph S Compensation” process that was used in December and January and apply it to April.

Recall that Paragraph S payments will neither increase, decrease, or offset in any way the pay you will otherwise receive for April. All pilots can continue to fly whatever schedule level they had planned for April, and compensation for that flying will not be impacted by the “Paragraph S compensation” payments.

Scheduling April under the Pandemic Recovery LOA means there will be significantly fewer excess reserve pilots in April, therefore yesterday’s two-month ESLR awards were limited in scope and number.

Lastly, the April bid period falls into the “45% bucket” of the LOA, meaning MPG for April is as follows:

- 60:00 for Senior
- 55:15 for Middle
- 35:00 for Junior
