Did you even read my whole post? I understand management has a job to do to try to keep costs down. We all understand that. I said as much in my previous post. I know their point of view. But not having a NMB recognized union with the pilots point of view will NEVER allow the pilots to have a contract!

Absolutely. It's why pilots as a union need one unified contract across the board. If you're flying an RJ, you make union RJ wages. If you're flying an Airbus, you make union Airbus wages.

No argument there. But like I've said before, we live in reality and not fantasy island.
So, why shouldn't the pilots get more of the pie?
