Do a little research. Talk to the GA at the airport. They have been going to meetings for a while now trying to counter JetBlue's push for Class C. Good catch on those TCAS RA's, because that is exactly one of the reason JetBlue is pushing for it. Class C would definitely help increase the slots available than if it just remained a Class D.
1. If we can fill our max number of flights out of LGB right now, how would feed help? We could feed people in on one ExpressJet flight to put them on another ExpressJet flight?

2. Since you brought it up, why don't you tell us about your "research"? A google search of the subject produces nothing. And again, how would Class C airspace have anything to do with more slots?
