Ive seen a lot more of the “additional fuel added for reported moderate turbulence” in the remarks section lately. I think they’re doing a better job trying to look at all the different complexities. LGA should always have 30 minutes of holding fuel in my opinion but once you get there it’s just like any other flight. If you can’t hold divert. No different than going MYR-LGA.
