Hence why endeavor is hiring 400+ and why PSA began bringing on higher number of CJO's when compared to those who left the company. I don't see us hiring off the street until at least the fall but, but poolies and Cadets may find themselves in a class this summer, just based on the trends I'm seeing. I'm not in recruitment, but would be interesting to get a take from someone who is, because surly they have some kind of plan.
Unfortunately ENY isn't a very proactive company as compared to the others. They'll keep procrastinating not taking into consideration attrition and early outs until pilot staffing levels hit very low then, they'll scramble to get anyone to fill in the seat.
