Thats the flip side. I pay about 4k but bought 5 years ago. That’s why I mentioned it gets better with time. Now 4k in retirement should be a good deal 20 plus years from now.
but hey, soon we will be able to pass our tax rates on to our kids so they’ll have a leg up for no logical reason.
