If we want to hand wave it away as just an artifact of inflation, we would have to actually look at home values vs inflation, and probably some talk of wage growth in there, too.

one of the neighbors paid 30 years of payroll tax to have a low property tax. The other didn’t but will eventually unless they move out of state. We disagree. Moving along.
