If I were in your shoes I would apply here as well as at EDV. Any regional thats hiring apply. As others have said seniority is everything. Don't sit around waiting or hoping when you could apply and possibly get on elsewhere. You want to get on a seniority list, get hours and get as many people under you as possible. Quicker you do that the quicker you can get hired on elsewhere (ACMI, LCC, Majors etc) whenever things turn around.
