They also are operating off a contract centered around an operation that was only Miami based up until recently. So it’s not surprising that it’s structured the way it is. It’s part of what will change in the new CBA from what I’ve been told. If you can’t handle making full guarantee and no per diem for a short while I don’t know what to tell you.
I didnt mean to come off snarky or ungrateful but yeah i supposed the out of date contract has a causal factor with this. That being said, how are the hotels in the system when on overnights? Schedule?
Hoping the company gets home basing at the very least. JS to MIA is a nightmare.
