Yup from what I've heard it's a two horse race between BS and RG and I think BS has the upper hand. Despite all the line rumors RG is a good dude as well ask Endeavor pilots.

I have heard he had at least 1 P56 violation.
I know for a fact that when he was the chief pilot at Freedom, my friend’s wife needed cancer surgery. RG was the chief. My friend needed the day off. Scheduling said to talk to the chief pilot. He called RG multiple times, left multiple messages, never got a callback.
Sounds like RG is an awesome guy... plus our experience with the guy. 767 captain, yeah right.
