I know plenty of airline pilots that fly inthe Civil Air Patrol with me and instruct cadets.
As my screen name will show, I still actively teach with CAP and fly 121. CAP specifically has a "no compensation" rule for any of their flying. Its a great way to fly, build time, and give a little back to the flying community.
