If you want a 135 job guess what, you need your ATP written complete at a minimum, and most want turbine time. Last year that was not the issue. The labor market has changed, if you don’t want to pay for CTP course then wait it out or apply to PSA or Endeavor. A few years ago pilots had to pay for their type rating and their CTP courses. We have been spoiled the past couple years, but it’s not unheard of to pay for training in our industry.
