I would personally be a little careful what you post here about the interview experience. Based on what you have posted, or may post, it may not be too difficult for them to determine who you are based on what they learn about you in the interview and from your resume. It’s very thoughtful and considerate of you to want to help your fellow aviators, but be careful not to jeopardize a CJO. If there’s one thing we know from our TRO, and maybe to some extent the HR world we are in now, we know they look at these forums. Just be cautious, there is too much at stake.

Good luck with the interview! Like someone else eluded, if they are interviewing you, they want you, it’s just up to you not to give them a reason to change their mind.
