Wonder if the company is a bit concerned that a large portion of the pilot group (maybe even a majority) aren't going to bother with the vaccination?

I mean, why would you have to pay someone to get a perfectly safe shot for a completely fatal disease?

(A less cynical take would be the company would appreciate pilots proactively scheduling the shot on their days off with the 48 hr waiting period after, and are willing to $$ for it.)
