I got asked regs, memory items and limitations about my current plane (and there's no way they could have known if I was truthful). Lots of HR type questions and the one and only one that matters... "why Spirit?" Oh and through the entire onboarding process, DON'T LIE!!! Welcome aboard and I hope you like Detroit!
Dude.... They have actual PILOTS asking you questions. They research airplanes before they interview people. They absolutely can know if you are full of $hit or not.

Fun fact, they also have the ability to read these forums. Treat the interview process with respect and show some on here if you really want to have a job at Spirit. Don’t be a clown.

I love my job and Spirit has been an amazing company to work at. Only regret I have is not applying sooner.
