as they should, you should have priority on your own metal, especially when you go after retirees on mainline metal. BTW I would be far more upset that a envoy employee can bump an AA employee off an AA flight than I would be that a republic employee gets priority on their own flights.
your JS agreement is not reciprocal, they want an industry standard reciprocal jump seat agreement. You appear to be under the impression they want something crazy. I don’t get it.
