Unfortunately, this is what it boils down to. The current agreement is not reciprocal.

Option 1: Give Republic, Skywest, and Mesa a priority bump on AAG flights above only offline carriers. They will remain below AAG pilots on all AAG flights. This has no net impact to AAG pilots.

Option 2: Lower AAG pilots to time-of-check-in on Republic flights the way we currently are on theirs. This *will* impact AAG pilots.

From my perspective, this seems like a total no-brainer, which is what makes this all so strange.
