However, if there are issues not known or reasonably known to the manufacturer(s), plaintiffs' attorneys can't cite to the fact that Pfizer, Moderna and JnJ did not follow standard testing protocols and testing as would be consistent with non-pandemic pharmaceuticals.

On the "positive" side, Fauci is proudly displaying that he wears two masks even though he has already been fully vaccinated. Masks aren't necessary, masks are necessary, two masks are necessary.....gotta have 6' for proper social distancing....well....unless you need to open a school, then 3' is okay. Following his science makes me appreciate how a dog feels looking at a moving hubcap.
