Yea but they’d be FO’s at PSA instead of cadets at envoy, it’s a win win situation for both party’s, PSA gets new hires that they don’t have to pay bonuses too, and the cadets get to be FO’s sooner than later. I’m pretty sure the envoy cadets already have been vetted and background checked too so they save time and money on that front too maybe.
