Think about it: you’re only getting paid from door shut to open. The rest of the time you’re effectively working for free in a form of indentured servitude. That’s why I hate hotels and traveling with a passion: I’m not getting paid for it!

If you truly work for Southwest, you’re making far more money than most people in this country. You’re also working far less than all of them. You want to experience suck, talk to some regional peers. Even better, expand your horizon beyond aviation. What a cry baby.
