I would venture to guess it’s going to take until activation is complete to sell a house, buy a house and close loose ends at the old place. I could be wrong.
Now if you’re single and moving from an apartment or your parents’ basement (that’s sarcasm) to an apartment it might be doable. Welcome aboard.
