The new contract has made it so NetJets won’t need to hire for the foreseeable future. Only for retirements.
People don’t retire from NetJets until they are too old and weak to fasten their seat belts

I fly with a lot of ex-NJA/FLX and not a single one of them under any circumstance wants or would go back. Ever.
Are you perhaps limiting your field of vision?
