When I started this thread I never thought it would get this ugly. After reading everyone else's reply's, I think I have my answer on P.F.T.. Pride. I think it's self pride. When I get in the right seat of the otter, I know it was me that got there. It was me that passed the 30 question ATP test for the interview. I passed the sim, HR, and two on one tech. I got the job, and it had nothing to do with $$$$$$.
