Vegas and some orlando/fll/tpa monstrosity would make sense. Pilots would be getting a free (smallish) house on just the income tax reduction alone in fl when moving from ewr or west coast bases. Plus your home is 100% yours in a bankruptcy vs 33% in some northeast states. No one wants to go bankrupt but it does happen. I am more and more of the opinion that you can live anywhere and be happy.
