The last guy had to lose in order for the current guy to win. His name was on the ballot and he was the incumbent. Still zero proof of voter fraud on a scale large enough to have a dent, just statistically irrelevant random (and typical) discrepancies. But there were some R dudes who were actively recruiting people to vote twice along with a few other illegal activities.
