Day 1 you are a new United Pilot.......Day 2 you are not a new United pilot.
This raw interpretation would actually be terrible because then after day 1 of BI there would not be any new hire pilots on property and pay reductions would not be suspended. I know it’s a super detailed question, but like ECC said, devil in the details. Super good news if the intent of the interpretation holds up.
