At my regional interview I didn't have to bring the actual driving record; however, I did have to sign paper work that allowed them to get the records. They asked me to list all violations / tickets I've had within the past 5 years I believe on the pre-employment application.

Thats unfortunate, take it to court and best of luck to you. When you get to your interview, be honest about it if for some reason the violation sticks with you.
