I will say I’m almost positive there is no way their deal would have passed here. But our flight ops management was Adversarial from day one while ALPA and management seemed to be working more together there. that’s just an outsiders perspective, could be totally wrong.

I wonder if our leadership had worked constructively with ALPA and exhausted other measures (cough *what’s a SIL* cough) if our group would have been willing to talk ALV cuts.
