I went from -88CA to 320CA having never flown an Airbus ever. Learning the FMS was the trickiest part I found and it took a while to get comfortable in the jet but that was more because there was ZERO flying on it after I checked out. It took almost all four months to consolidate and most of that flying was in the last 30 days. The first three months every time I stepped onboard I felt a bit out of it. Once I held a line and was flying regularly it was great.

FO's were and are great. That helps as well.
