Nobody (in the US) is being "coersed" to take a vaccine.
There may eventually be some consequences for not doing so, but no sign of that yet and it will start overseas first. Good chance the whole thing will blow over before you see vaccination requirements for things like employment in the US.
If you fly international, you're more likely than most other workers to have a hard mandate (due to foriegn entry requirements). Your employer cannot of course force you to get a vaccine, but they sure don't have to pay you to not fly.
