Hey I have been trying to apply with Plane Sense for a little over a year. I know competition is high and it takes a miracle to get your foot in the door. Unfortunately I dont have any internal connections. Is there any way to inch further into getting my resume considered? I have the new mins even after they were raised. I dont know how to make myself more attractive for consideration.
