If a lawsuit were filed how could this not be an open and shut case in 2 minutes?? It’s not anyone’s fault that this has primarily been a white male dominated industry. For the record, I do not oppose hiring of any individual group, but I do when it becomes at the expense of someone obviously more qualified based on their merit or experience.
