Except it is a chance just for women and minorities therefor it's discriminatory. Where's the chance for low income whites? Again, it’s not giving everyone a chance and that is the problem.

It's not 50% of the applicants but 50% of those selected. There's a difference between the two.

That's not a problem exclusive to women and minorities. There's plenty of white males who face the same issues but they're not given the same opportunities.
