It all based on culture. Plane and simple. I have several minority friends who are pilots. You know what they have in common? They are all conservatives. They have great work ethic. Never wanted any handouts from everyone. The unfortunate reality in our society is that the current mainstream culture talks down on minorities and makes them think it’s “the Man” who is holding them back. This is especially prevalent with people who subscribe to the rap and hip hop culture and other things like that. (Think Cardi B’s song W.A.P etc...)

How did we get to this point? Well you will have to do that research on your own. But in order to improve “diversity” we have to get rid of this current degenerate mainstream culture. That could perhaps move ourselves in the correct direction and may even help prevent the destruction of our country before it’s too late.
